Coach Jon has enjoyed more than 15 years experience in the exercise and sports science industry, and has personally coached over 10,000 1 – 1 fitness sessions. Jon recently launched “Club 51″ a bespoke fitness studio nestled between London’s exclusive Marylebone and Harley Street areas. Jon consults to elite sports performers, business leaders, royalty and clients from the entertainment industry. Jon works alongside the consultants at The Princess Grace Hospital to provide a unique pre and post rehabilitation service.

Jon has an Honours Degree & a Master’s degree in Exercise Science specialising in Exercise Psychology and Behavioural Change strategies. Jon held the prestigious C.S.C.S. certification (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) through the NSCA for 10 years as well as being one of the first UK C.H.E.K. practitioners.

Jon has been a finalist in the IDEA International Personal Trainer Awards 3 years running, (2003-2005) and was the first British resident to be shortlisted for the award.

Jon is a widely sought after fitness educator and International Presenter, In October 2005 Jon became the first ever Personal Trainer to present on the ‘benefits of fitness’ to the Royal Society Of Medicine (to over 200 medical professionals) and he recently presented a number of seminars at Filex (Australia’s largest fitness industry convention) in Sydney, Australia.

He has written numerous fitness articles for various newspapers and magazines including The Sunday Times, The Financial Times, The Evening Standard, Personnel Today, Arena, Tatler, the Independent on Sunday, Fitness Network Australia. Jon was the recently featured as the advisor to ‘10 Years Younger‘ the successful Channel 4 TV series. Jon has just finished writing his first book which he hopes to publish online later this year.
