BURN51 is our dynamic, motivational, metabolic 60 minute boot camp class that will have you begging for mercy!!!
A combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training we incorporate junkyard training techniques, such as tyre flipping, sand bag work and heavy ropes work.
Regardless of your fitness level emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun, and completing the challenge. This class finishes with a series of athletic based cool down exercises. BURN 51 Leaves you energised and ready to go!
