Jon’s background in Exercise and Health Psychology have led him into the world of Performance and Lifestyle Fitness Coaching (Gavin 2005), he uses coaching as an adjunct tool to his conditioning work with clients to offer a more complete and holistic service.  Jon’s coaching approach utilises highly recognized techniques from the worlds of Sport and Exercise Psychology, Behavior Change, Brief Motivational Interviewing and CBT*.  By meeting you at your level and acting as a “skilled helper” (Egan 1990) Jon will enable and empower you to reach your goals.  Coaching may help you to:
